Even though I relatively have my keyboard attached, I have never had a reason to use it and I guess it’s because most of my work is done in the box and within any other external connections I have employed in use. If it does bother you that much, I’d rather suggest you disconnect it except you know powering down shortcuts and all on the D8b itself.
