all the ones i’ve found suck and frustrate me soo bad because their confusing.i want to cut tracks and mix various tracks together and also separate a tracks and use instrumental or just the words and just make a really cool song with some of my favorite music.
I have found Audacity good
What is a good music mixing and cutting software?

I think you may use the soft called "Cool Edit Pro" or "garageband" or "Adobe Audition" you can import or export the music, and you can edit them. You can change the music into another music by this software.
I hope this answer helps you.

You can’t separate the instruments or vocals into separate tracks once the song has been mixed down to stereo..
Non of the programs suggested can do that.
It’s only possible with the original multi-track studio recording.
No audio editing program can give a good result without input from the user.
There’s no one click does all approach.
Audacity is as good as any to get started with.
