I need a music editing software I can download online for free preferably a good one something where I can record guitar and drums and add a voice over the top after editing it? any suggestions? please help 
I don’t have an i mac unfortunately. and it’s hard to play all these instruments at once, also I would like to edit my voice.
you might look into a program called Audacity.
I think it will do what you are looking for. It is a free download.

Audicity is the free best.But I have heard that a professionl but free of sony soundfore is coming soon in site below
