MASCHINE is a groove-box style controller and groove-production software package for Mac OS X and Windows. The hardware interface features USB 2.0 and MIDI I/O connections, 16 touch-sensitive illuminated pads, endless rotary encoders, back-lit buttons and 2 large high-resolution displays. I also have the maschine. Excellent piece! But can you maybe explain and show exactly how to make a fully song? Is there a detailed explanation? cos i create a loop pretty fast, but neet intro, variations, breaks and outro for a complete song. how can I make that easily?

It also crashes alot here, as standalone and plugin (using vista64 on a HP HDX18 with 4g RAM and dual core). It crashes my computer (blue screen).

Yeah, I was reading earlier on the site about Mac OS X problems. If I get it, I know I’ll be running it with a PC, Windows XP which they said is working fine. With the constant updates I’m hearing about, you should be fine shortly. Just make sure your Mac system is compatible with their requirements. You the man though, lol! Stay up!

I’m usin machine …
I’m usin machine with my mac g5 right now and thats it. I’m not trying to use it with my protools software right now. I think my digi 002 sound card is the problem. I just did another track using a sample and it didn’t crash this time. I’m about to make another video with that incomplete track in it. maybe Hopefully it doesnt crash while making the video.
