that wouldn’t such a good idea, the signal output of your guitar is very low, hence, to amplify it the quality of sound will be poor.
A good choice is to use the emulated output of a guitar amp, or an effects processor unit. These will provide a much better signal amplitude, but the prefered choice is to mike the amplifier.
