Hi I’m doing everything I am to be an artist plus learning music theory and I would’ve loved to get Logic studio but don’t have the cash, so I got to go with a pc thats cheaper than an imac($1199) what software would be the best to make r&b beats.(I’ want to record mix everything needed to make an album)

Most modern digital audio workstation (DAW) software will allow you to create r&b beats, it’s just about finding the one that suits you best. I have FL Studio Producer Edition and Ableton Live and I end up using FL Studio most the time as the work flow is best for me. You can try them here:

Just remember that there is no best, just what works best for you. Most these programs will allow you to add more sounds and effects with (free) VST instruments and samples so pick your software based on work flow, not included sounds.

I am David welcome to my blog . Multitrack recording software is the best way and has the ability to record multiple audio tracks to hard disk one track at a time. This gives the music producer incredible power when working with a band or artist. You will be able to record one track at a time and do multiple takes until each musician has done their best take. For example , if a singer is struggling to hit a certain note , you can re-record that specific section again and again until the singer gets it right. This can be very useful.
